I have been using ANOVA products for the last 2 years and I must say I have never missed a thing with it, fish/meat/poultry are always coming out perfectly cooked. Thanks for that!
Stopped working after subscription model

I am a user that got “Grandfather” in from the old system so I don’t have to pay a subscription since this updates. My app keeps having issues of not notifying me of when the food is done for example larger issues also include not being able to start my sous vide when I’m not at home. This thing used to work perfectly now it doesn’t. nothing changed from my end.

A subscription for an app that controls your cooker via bluetooth? That’s hilarious and sad at the same time. You just lost a customer, Anova, and if you were paying attention online you would have noticed the backlash this idea is causing. Stay away from this greedy company, people.
Disspointed with their commercial strategy

I purchased recently the entire selection of products that are currently up for grabs on their website. However, they have just revealed their plans to purposefully prevent the functioning hardware from accessing the app without providing any valid technical explanation, all just to push sales of new hardware. Not to mention, this is not environmentally friendly; it's a blatant disregard for their faithful customers. As for me, I will be buying other brands, supporting other brands that offer more affordable and cutting-edge technology.
