Second year we fly with Etihad to Cambodia, second year we’ve got troubles checking in because they changed our flight. First year we’ve had to wait two hours at the airport before Etihad could print our tickets. This year, we can’t check-in online because due to the change, there is an amount payable in my account that I’ve already paid when booking the seats, Etihad says I don’t have to pay again but also they can’t mark it as paid in my account so I can’t check-in online and need to resolve it at the airport?!? WTF?! Awful customer service as well as awful service on the plain. Food last year was really bad as was the service. Thought it was a fluke but unfortunately it’s just their everyday workings.

In my opinion the worst airline app.Slow app, hard to use, not saving your personal passport information, need to sign in each time we open the app. A shamed for a airline which wants to conquer the world..
