Katie is een game over de impact en behandeling van kanker.
Katie is een jonge, levenslustige vrouw, die borstkanker krijgt. Samen met haar leren we verschillende kankerbehandelingen kennen: chirurgie, chemo(therapie), bestraling, en immunotherapie.
Deze behandelingen leer je tijdens de game zelf toepassen via puzzels. Na het verhaal van Katie te volgen, kom je in een wachtkamer terecht waar verscheidene patiënten wachten op hun behandeling. Ook hen leer je kennen door Katie. Zij probeert nu andere patiënten in het ziekenhuis een hart onder de riem te steken.
