Het verhogen van de limieten is zeker ok. Goed gedaan.
Nu heb ik nog minder redenen om het vervelende 'bakje' te gebruiken om via een browser aan te melden. Een voordeel dat tegelijk een nadeel heeft. Het nadeel is de verschillende zoomit contracten. Kan dit ook niet via de app geregeld worden? Nu is de kans nog groter dat ik nt meer zal aanloggen via de browser en bijgevolg de zoomit betalingen nog meer zal uitstellen. Den dus dat ik mijn zoomit contracten zal opzeggen om deze mobile app nog meer te gebruiken.
Verder oogt het programma zeer modern. Een hele vooruitgang.
Ik begrijp niet dat een verkorting van een paswoord nr 5 karakters de veiligheid verhoogt, maar ga me daar geen zorgen over maken. De mobile app vereenvoudigdt wel heel wat en dat is belangrijk.
Een dik minpunt is dat de app nt werkt met oudere IOS versie. Dan is het gedaan met de KBC app. Ik ga geen nieuwe tel kopen voor KBC. Sorry. Dikke faal van KBC
Ook de berichtgeving is zwaar ondermaats. Als je een bericht stuurt heb ik nog nooit antwoord gekregen.
