Impossible to change phone number or email.
I try to change my number or email because I now have a different one but the app doesn’t let me do it. It just bugs out and leaves to main screen.

Handig om je saldo te raadplegen. Maar de overige functies werken maar oppervlakkig.

Ik was heel content met de monizze kaart en app.
Maar de week voor Kerstmis wou ik betalen met de kaart en er stond niets meer op!!! Geen maaltijdcheques en geen ecocheques meer.voor €400, alles weg. 😰
Ik belde nr monizze en zij verwezen me door nr de poitie.
Zelf hebben jullie niets ondernomen! Enkel gezegd dat mijn mailadres gehackt was.
Maar zou er dan niet veel meer gebeurd zijn bij mij.
Jullie hadden wel een beetje meer moeite kunnen doen om mij te helpen.
Maar ja, sorry dat ik dit zeg, maar als het lek bij jullie zit, moeten jullie ervoor opdraaien….! Alle instanties hebben me wel proberen te helpen.
En raar maar waar, een week erna krijg ik ineens een melding dat de app vernieuwd is….
