MCTL is a system for a vibrant and virtual community that allows community organizations, whether a parks department or a club to augment their existing systems to reach out to more residents and encourage them to register and participate in activities that have been created by both the organizations as well as by the residents themselves. The parks departments, other clubs, and businesses join a connected network by coordinating together, working with the constituents they serve and doing so without changing any of the protocols or effectiveness of their existing platforms.
