The My BASE-app is only accessible for BASE customers via any internet connection. The app is free to download and use. The price for the data usage depends on your monthly plan or prepaid card.

Version 4.3.1
At BASE, we are constantly improving the My BASE app. This version contains a brand-new welcome screen in which you can easily and intuitively choose what you want to do in the app: log in, become a customer, activate a SIM card or set up a login. We also made the FAQ’s more accessible and improved the user experience of some services and fixed some bugs too.

Application ne fonctionne pas
Cela fait maintenant plus de 5mois que je demande à ce que l’application fonctionne sur mon téléphone (iPhone 14 pro) j’ai tout essayé, supprimer, installer, mise à jour iPhone et mise à jour application, mais rien ne fonctionne…
Lorsque je vais chez base ils me disent qu’ils vont faire ce qu’il faut, pourtant depuis 5 mois je n’ai toujours rien… lorsque je retourne chez base on me dit que c’est déjà réglé mais non.
Je ne peux voir que ma consommation, je ne peux ni voir les options, ni voir mes factures etc. Si je clique sur mon plan, j’ai un message d’erreur qui apparaît.
Lorsque je demande au service technique en envoyant des photos de mon problème ils ne me répondent même pas, cela fait 1 mois que je n’ai reçu aucune réponse …
Je suis vraiment déçu, à chaque fois que je remarque une mise à jour de l’application j’ai de l’espoir pour au final être de nouveau déçus par les développeurs…
Dissapponting
The recent updates have made it difficult and unintuitive to navigate the app. For example, adding roaming minutes now requires going through five sub-menus just to find the option.
Additionally, the app prevents users from purchasing a new roaming option if any portion of the previous one is still active. This is frustrating, as you cannot add roaming minutes to EU when you’re running low. It would be much more user-friendly if new minutes could simply be added on top of the current plan.
Lastly, checking remaining data has become cumbersome. Instead of showing it on the main screen, users are expected to calculate it from the usage details based on % of data used. A simple counter of remaining data on the main screen would be much more helpful
