Oplossing aanpassen temperatuur per kamer
Hallo allen,
Heb hier onder de opmerkingen van iemand een ideale oplossing gevonden voor de nietwerkende app waar iedereen zich aan ergerd. Ik had hier ook last van maar het is nu opgelost.
Aan iedereen die problemen heeft met het tijdelijk aanpassen van de temperaturen van de kamers, waarbij deze steeds terugspringt op de vorige temperatuur:
“”de oplossing is de stekker van de ketel en de modem van de ketel loskoppelen voor minstens 5minuten, daarna terug alles insteken en het werkt!””
Ik geef de app wel 3sterren door het slechte hulp dat ze aanbieden, ik nam ook meerdere keren contact zonder enig antwoord, schaam jullie.
Rempli de bug
L’application est un véritable downgrade par rapport à la version précédente. L’expérience utilisateur est moins bonne : l’affichage du mode absence activé n’est plus visible, l’accès à la fonction recharge de ballon se fait via les paramètres qui n’apparaissent que lorsque on ouvre une pièce, etc. De plus il y a de sérieux bugs: l’affichage me dit que le thermostat est réglé sur une certaine température qui ne respecte pas le planning, et ne correspond pas à l’écran directement sur la vanne. Je ne sais plus non plus modifier une température en cours de planning : si je veux imposer une température, la synchronisation avec la vanne n’a pas lieu… Etc. Vraiment très déçu
L’app ne fonctionne pas bien
L’app aurait besoin d’une sérieuse mise à jour. Rien ne fonctionne. Dès que j’essaie de changer mes températures, rien n’est sauvegardé et cela ne fonctionne pas. Il faut refaire le processus plusieurs fois pour que ça fonctionne (quand ça fonctionne). Très déçue de ne pas savoir régler mon chauffage correctement.
