The Oursupport mobile application is a simplified ticket management application. Making it simple by removing any communication difficulties between the person needing assistance and the person ready to help.

Customers can use the mobile application to easily open a ticket (request) requesting IT support (using local language, by taking a photo of their problem).

The tickets will be routed to the customer corporate helpdesk or to a local nearby IT resource that can assist in a timely manor.
Support staff can use the mobile application to manage their tickets, provide consistent and in real-time feedback to the requester and easily track time spent on each ticket.
Oursupport gives customers the ability to easily create and edit tickets, view and communicate throughout the progress on any of your ticket requests. All users are able to manage tasks, feedback and account for times and type of work based on each ticket request.
