Never seen a service this slow

I’ve used many delivery services but I must say PostNord is the worst of them all. My package has been marked as arrived in my country but no updates for 20 days. Contacted them and they’re searching for excuses but still no updates or concrete help. Stay away.

App inutile

Même constat que la personne précédente: sorti de la Scandinavie cette app ne sert à rien... Il n’y a plus aucune info disponible dès que les paquets passe la frontière avec la Hollande. Et d’ailleurs PostNord n’assure plus ses paquets dès qu’ils sont sortis des pays scandinaves. Le numéro de téléphone ne sert à rien: numéro cher car aussi situé en Scandinavie et plusieurs tentatives se sont terminées avec 15 mn d’attente sans réponse...
En gros cette app est inutile si vous habitez en-dehors de: Danemark, Norvège, Suède ou Finlande...

Not recommend

First of all the app offers only four options of country and even it is wrong you have to pick one to be able to use the app. The track is poor of information and also the delivery service. My pack arrived in Belgium last Thursday afternoon and until today (Monday night) I have not received any other information, status update, or my order.
