PracticeHaven is the calm companion to your counselling practice. It takes the after-hours paperwork off your plate so you can be present in the room and still leave on time. Run the session. We'll hold the notes. WHAT IT DOES - Today, at a glance. Your schedule, the session that's next, and what still needs a summary. - Capture by voice, on your device. Speech is transcribed on the iPhone itself. The audio never leaves your phone and is never stored. - AI drafts, you decide. The summary is written for you in a clear clinical structure. Nothing enters the record until you read it and approve it. There is no auto-approve. - The client's file, wherever you are. Profile, consents, documents and recent summaries, read-only and encrypted. BUILT FOR COUNSELLING, NOT ADAPTED TO IT PracticeHaven is made for practices that sit with grief, trauma and depression. Gentle risk screening, a summary that quotes the words behind a risk rating instead of smoothing them over, and a crisis line that is always one tap away. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - On-device transcription; audio is deleted the moment it becomes text. - Records encrypted field by field, with keys held outside the database. - Face ID on every open, an app-switcher screen that hides content, and multi-factor sign-in. - An append-only audit log of every view, edit and export. - Built on infrastructure independently certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2, in Australian regions where it counts. A smoother daily flow for clinicians: the dashboard now shows today's appointments and summaries awaiting your approval, sessions can be started straight from a booking, appointments can be cancelled with a reason, and drafts can be edited or regenerated before approval. Clearer error states throughout, and reliability fixes for appointment types and reminder timing.
