Sinds de laatste update blijft het badge nummer 1 staan op de app, ook al is alles gelezen. Zelfs de app verwijderen en opnieuw installeren helpt niet. Is heel storend…
Badge nummer blijft staan
Sinds de laatste update van gisteren blijft het badge nummer op 1 melding staan ook al is de melding gelezen. Dit verdwijnt niet meer. Vóór de update had ik echt geen problemen. Snoozen vind ik nergens terug.
Ne fonctionne plus
L’application marchait bien jusqu’à la dernière mise à jour ou il n’est pas possible d’introduire le nom de notre rue. Sans doute lié à un bug...

Bonjour, merci pour votre réaction. Pour encoder votre adresse, il est nécessaire d'ajouter le mot "rue/ruelle/chaussée,..." avant le nom de votre rue. Si ça ne vous aide pas, serait-il possible de transmettre vos coordonnées via hello@recycleapp.be. Nous pourrons alors poursuivre le traitement de cette question avec notre équipe technique.
