• Simpler ads: no ad when the app opens. A short ad appears when you calculate a route, and one ad covers 3 calculations with all costs shown. • All alternative routes on one map in different colours; tap a colour to bring that route to the top. • Smarter fuel stops: only stations right on your route, planned before the tank runs low, with 3–4 options showing how far ahead each one is and any detour. • Tap another station to add it to your route.

This update fixes the issues in 1.6.0: • Fewer ads: at most one full-screen ad per route search. Watching one ad unlocks costs for 6 hours, and the app-open ad appears at most once every 4 hours. • Route labels fixed: "Cheapest" now always marks the truly cheapest route; "Fastest", "Shortest" and "Slow road" are on the right routes. • New: a "No motorways" option shows the route over divided main roads as well. • Clearer route list: the fastest route comes first, the others show how much slower they are, and much slower routes are folded away.

• New: 3D route flyover. In route details the camera lifts off at the start, flies along your route and lands at the destination; tap "3D" to replay. • New: Traffic and Speed limit options on the map. • Fuel stops now only pick stations right on your route; fixed a bug where a station on the opposite carriageway took you off the motorway. • If your preferred brand isn't within 50 km, the search widens to 100 km; if still none, you're warned and the nearest station is suggested. The station you pick is kept when the route is recalculated. • "Shortest" no longer sends you down village roads. • Cost details: your first calculation is free; later ones unlock with a short ad.

• Arabic and six more languages: Icelandic, Serbian, Albanian, Macedonian, Irish and Maltese. RotaPlan is now available in 35 languages. • Redesigned Vehicles and History screens. • Arabic now uses a right-to-left layout. • The App Store page and website are available in your language.

Performance improvements and small fixes.

• Tolls across Europe and the US: motorway, bridge, tunnel and vignette charges in France, Spain, Italy and beyond, by vehicle class. • Fuel prices by country: the part of your trip abroad uses official national prices (EU Oil Bulletin, US EIA, UK DESNZ). • Your local currency and units: €, £ or $, with km or miles, litres or gallons, L/100 km or mpg. • Fuel stops show the station brands actually found in your area, at home and abroad. • 27 languages, including English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. Choose the language in iOS Settings > RotaPlan > Language. • Electricity and fuel prices are shown in lira and euro. • Choose your units: Settings > Units (Automatic, Metric, US, UK); motorcycle curve speeds can show mph too. • Handing a route to Google Maps now keeps the route you picked, even without fuel or charging stops. • RotaPlan Premium: a monthly or yearly subscription that removes ads. • The app now shows ads; every route, time and cost calculation stays free.
