What is Skindr?
Have you ever had to wait for over 4 months for an appointment with the dermatologist? Have you worried for over 4 months about your skin condition? Well, now there is Skindr.
Skindr is an app that allows people to get help within 48h from a Belgian dermatologist.
How does it work?
- Upload photos and describe your skin condition.
- The dermatologist looks into your problem and asks additional questions if necessary.
- You receive advice and a treatment plan from the dermatologist within 48h. Your prescription is directly added to your identity card.
In the chat of the app, you and the dermatologist can ask each other questions in order to adapt the advice and treatment plan to your condition in an optimal way. This chat remains open for a week after the consultation so that you have time to ask any other questions you may have.
If a physical appointment is needed, your dermatologist will ask you to schedule one. In this way, you will also be able to visit the doctor more quickly.

In 95% of all cases, the dermatologists affiliated with Skindr are able to prepare an opinion based on the photos and information you provide through the app. If they deem that a diagnosis via the app is not possible, a physical consultation with the nearest Skindr dermatologist is recorded as soon as possible.

Perfecte behandeling en opvolging
Na het uitleggen van mijn probleem kreeg ik snel antwoord en een volledige op maat gemaakte behandeling voorgeschreven. Na deze behandeling 6 weken gevolgd te hebben, kreeg ik een uitnodiging om een opvolgconsultatie te maken, waar het probleem verder geëvalueerd werd en de behandeling opnieuw op maat werd aangepast. Ik had snel een goed resultaat en ben heel tevreden over de service, top uitvinding en app!
Geweldig
Deze app is de beste oplossing voor de lange wachttijden bij dermatologen! Een aantal maanden geleden gebruikte ik de app voor de eerste keer en werd binnen de 24u geholpen en kreeg een voorschrift voor een product dat enorm goed had geholpen tegen mijn huidproblemen. Onlangs startte ik een opvolging en ook hier werd ik binnen de 24u geholpen. Ik kreeg opnieuw hetzelfde product voorgeschreven alsook een gepersonaliseerde skincare routine om mijn huid zo goed mogelijk te blijven onderhouden. Ik ben enorm tevreden met deze app! Zelfs als er toch een probleempje is, dan wordt dit meteen opgelost! Zeker een aanrader!!!
1ste keer Skindr
Via social media kwam ik in contact met skindr. Na wat research besloot ik het eens te proberen omwille van een aanhoudend ooghuid probleem. Ik werd binnen de 24u geholpen en kreeg vlot een diagnose en behandeling. Nadien kon ik zelf nog vragen stellen die ook snel werden beantwoord. Ik kan nu de behandeling starten, hopelijk met een positief resultaat.
