Oneerlijk verlenging abonnement

Ik had een betaald abonnement bij StudyFetch en plots werd er €86 van mijn rekening gehaald voor een automatische verlenging, zonder dat ik hier ooit een herinnering of melding van heb gekregen. Ik heb geen toestemming gegeven voor deze verlenging.

Toen ik contact opnam met de support kreeg ik te horen dat het “mijn eigen verantwoordelijkheid” was om dit op tijd te annuleren. Dit is misleidend en onprofessioneel. Een bedrijf hoort klanten duidelijk en op tijd te informeren over verlengingen – wat hier niet is gebeurd.

Ik raad iedereen aan om zeer voorzichtig te zijn met StudyFetch. Je loopt het risico om onverwachts geld kwijt te raken zonder dat je dit wil.

I’m in a French speaking country and study fetch generated English flash cards which is not ideal.

Payment

They keep charging after cancelling subscription because "they have a issue with their payment software" but still charge and refuse to give you your money back.
