Les informations concernant son fonctionnement, son prix et son renouvellement sont indiquées avant la validation du paiement, sur la page de souscription ainsi que dans l’e-mail de confirmation et dans les mentions légales. Si plusieurs prélèvements ont eu lieu, cela correspond généralement à des renouvellements mensuels de cet abonnement. Celui-ci peut être résilié à tout moment directement depuis votre espace personnel.Nous ne retrouvons toutefois pas de compte associé au nom utilisé dans cet avis. Impossible de me connecter via les différentes méthodes. Que ce soit par mail ou par téléphone rien ne fonctionne et la page de chargement tourne en rond… c’est dommage
