Use the famous national maps to discover even the most remote places in Switzerland and topics such as hiking, cycling, snow sports and aviation. All functions and data of the app as well as offline use are free of charge. The app is free of advertising and does not require a login.

This is one of the best hiking apps i have ever used and for free. Great tool to plan your hikes in Switzerland!
Misses the A-B search option

Great app, I recommend it.However, it SERIOUSLY lacks the ability to type a B point after setting the A point.For now the route is to set by dropping a pin on the map. I’d like to be able to write down the address directly.

Good day, smartdrawing is not a routing from A to B, but a smart drawing function that supports you in drawing routes. The function is not intended for very long sections. Enter intermediate points/support points along the planned route as required to define the course of the route. Kind regards swisstopo

All historical aerial images are now available on your smartphone, taking you on a journey through time. Also new: selection of starting point within the routing functions by public transport or on foot, addition of ascent and descent to the route filtering options.
