Taba is a workout timer that keeps things simple. Pick a workout, press start, and focus on moving – Taba tells you when to work, when to rest, and how many rounds are left.
FIVE WAYS TO TRAIN
HIIT for work and rest intervals, EMOM for a new round every minute, AMRAP for as many rounds as you can fit in, Free Time when you just want a clock running, and Circuit when you want to build your own list of exercises, by reps or by time.
A COACH IN YOUR EAR
Taba calls out each round, the last round, rest breaks and the halfway point, so you don't have to keep looking at the screen. Choose the voice you like best.
ON YOUR WRIST TOO
Start a workout from Apple Watch and see your heart rate and calories as you go. Everything syncs back to your iPhone.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Every session is saved. Check your history, stats and personal records, or look at the calendar to see how consistent you've been. You can also export your history as a PDF.
SHARE YOUR WORKOUT
After a session, turn it into a clean card with your time, rounds, heart rate and streak, on a gradient or your own photo.
