This is how it works:
1. Upload your floor plan in the App
Upload one or more floor plans in the App. Give users access to the plan. You are ready to start.
2. Create inspection points
Create inspection points by adding them on the plan. The color adjusts as soon as the status of the work changes. This allows you to keep track of the progress of projects.
3. Capture information
Capture information with smart digital forms. Save time with filters, checkboxes, option lists and more. Add photos to make information even clearer.
4. Generate messages and reports
Send and receive messages according to workflows that fit your process. This allows you to work in a structured way and you benefit to the maximum from clear instructions and clear feedback. At the touch of a button you have a professional report so that you can report on time and transparently.
5. Integrate data
Make effective use of existing data. By linking TF plans to existing systems, you can easily import and export data.
