Wherever you are in the world, the TIMENSION app enables you to make, process, and approve requests for vacation, business trips, and flextime, etc., coordinate your requests with colleagues, enter your clock in and clock out times as well as breaks and business errands. The time sheet ensures you always have a firm grip on your working times and the planning table and personnel index provide you with a wealth of information.
Authorized employees receive quick access to relevant information, thus accelerating the data flow within your company. All your information is detailed and updated in an efficient and timely manner – so each user can access his/her specific content anytime and anywhere.

The planning table is a great asset because you can coordinate your requests with colleagues and gain a comprehensive overview of the attendances and absences of all employees. With this first-class overview, you can immediately see who is on holiday when, who has flextime, and who is on a business trip. What’s more, a calculation of the remaining vacation, flextime and extra work times is displayed. All the data are automatically entered in the TIMENSION Staff Time Management.
Personnel index
The personnel index is also a very useful central information and editing tool, as it gives you an overview of each employee for the whole year. You can see at a glance all the vacation and training days, holidays or other absences within one year.
All content is organized by user group and can be activated as required to give all employees access to precisely the information and applications for which they are authorized. Individual profiles precisely determine who receives what information and who can make entries and changes.
