FUNCTIONALITY
Wanda is the travel health app of the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp (ITM). Get prepared for your next vacation, business trip or family visit and make sure you travel in good health.
- Vaccination advice for all countries worldwide
- Information about tropical diseases and other health risks while traveling
- Messaging service to stay up-to-date about the health situation in your country of destination (accept if possible GPS access for the Wanda app)
- Appointment tool for your travel health consultation at the ITM
All information is available in Dutch, French and English (switch language in the menu), both online and offline. Wanda will automatically update when a connection is available.
ABOUT ITM
Tropical diseases, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and poor health care influence the life of billions. Through fundamental and applied research, advanced education and expert services, ITM works to advance medical science to improve their fate.

Interessante app maar....
Op iOS mis ik een back toets. Als je een vaccinatie hebt geopend kan je niet terug naar je land van keuze. Als dat wordt aangepast komt er een ster bij.

Werkt niet naar behoren
Ivm COVID-19 heb je weinig boodschap aan deze app. Je kan geen bestemmingen toevoegen en de app verwijst telkens naar een website. Geen toegevoegde waarde. De apps die Nederland aanbiedt zijn stukken beter.
App vereist nog werk
De lijst mijn bestemmingen is leeg, toch kan er geen bestemming worden toegevoegd omdat het maximum van 10 landen is overschreden? Voorlopig zal ik de website maar blijven gebruiken.
