BEHCA serves as an interactive support plan for the care team of individuals exhibiting challenging and complex behaviour, enabling easy-to-use and customisable observation tracking that includes behaviour, environment, and health-related factors. This empowers an individual’s circle of support with a high degree of insight into what influences behaviour.
Notify parents, support staff, and other collaborators in real-time when documenting observations for an individual, and receive alerts if scheduled medication is missed through the HIPAA-compliant Medication Administration Records (MAR and narcotic counting) system.
Analyse recorded data at the calibre demanded by professional behaviour specialists with the automatically assembled and configurable Analysis Dashboard. Display reports and graphs on behaviour (including Desirable, Warning, Challenging Behaviour, and Intervention Strategies), environmental and health data, as well as reports highlighting the frequency, duration, and intensity of observations. Review the efficacy of interventions and medication supports based on real-time data and round-the-clock observation entries.
Support staff can check in and out of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) sessions, which track their location, progress notes, and collect signatures from their visits. Staff can also review how many hours they have worked each month.
Submit Incident Reports directly from the mobile app, including photos and supporting documentation, and select the managerial staff who will review and complete the IR.
The BEHCA app is a companion to our web application, allowing users to quickly and easily enter data. All data is synchronised with the BEHCA web app, which offers a multitude of customisation and collaboration options.
