Excel Upload for Services – Quickly add multiple services at once using our new Excel import option. Excel Upload for Products – Easily bulk-add products through a streamlined Excel upload flow. GST Update Integration for Services – Update GST details for services with improved accuracy and faster processing.

GST per-product control added – enable/disable GST individually for products during checkout. Membership Card Top-Up option introduced. Subscription-based feature restrictions implemented for Salon Admin and Staff Logins. Automatic logout when staff rights are updated or mobile app access is disabled. We've focused this release on improving staff management, scheduling, and billing accuracy. Improved Scheduling View: The calendar now features an enhanced view for multiple appointments, making it easier to see and manage overlapping bookings at a glance. Billing Fix: Resolved a critical issue where the customer tip amount was incorrectly missing from the final printed invoice. Security & Access Control: Automatic Staff Logout: Staff are now immediately logged out of the portal if their rights or permissions are changed by an administrator. Mobile App Toggle: Administrators can now restrict or turn off a staff member's access to the mobile app directly from the Admin panel. Notification Control: We have implemented the ability to hide non-essential system notifications from staff accounts to reduce clutter.

Bug Fixes & Technical Issues Loader issue fix in otp verify screen: The loading indicator needs to be fixed or addressed on the One-Time Password (OTP) verification screen. Without last name not possible add a client #1385: This is a bug or feature constraint (Ticket #1385) indicating that the system is currently preventing the addition of a new client if the last name field is left blank. This likely needs to be changed to allow clients without a last name (e.g., businesses or single-name individuals). Bug Fixes Invoice Page and Loader Updates: General bug fixes are needed for the Invoice page, and other loader components throughout the app need updates. Feature Updates & Enhancements Appointments colour updations in Calender page: The color coding for appointments on the Calendar page needs to be updated or changed (e.g., to better reflect status, type, or user preference). For the first time login of users, user manual to navigate through the app as a reference material: A new feature is requested to display or provide a user manual/guide to users upon their first login to help them navigate the app.

Mobile number now auto-fills automatically in the Add New Client screen for faster data entry. Cursor now focuses directly in the staff search field when selecting staff for a service, improving selection speed and ease of use.

The following features and logic updates have been deployed: Tax Automation: GST calculation is now automatically activated during membership card redemption, ensuring correct taxation of standard items, even if the membership itself is zero-rated. Access Control: User accounts blocked on the web platform are now instantly disabled within the mobile application. App Functionality: Online booking capabilities have been fully integrated into the mobile application.

New! Checkout Notes: Add a quick note to an order during checkout, which instantly appears on the invoice. New! Performance & Stability: We've fixed a bug where the 'All sales' filter was showing incorrect historical data and resolved an issue with client selection.

Discounts & Pricing (Key Feature Focus) Implement Discounting: Add the ability to apply discounts at both the service item level and the full cart level. Update UI: Enhance the sections for applying and displaying service/cart discounts. App UI/UX & Responsiveness Fix Profile Image Loading. Improve Bottom Navigation Bar Responsiveness across different tabs. Resolve Padding Issue on the Edit Appointment screen. Standardize Calendar Icon. General UI Polish and minor bug fixes. Staff Capacity: Address the remaining 6 staff-related items. Reporting Filter: Add an "INVD" status filter to all staff performance reports.

What's New: Invoice Clarity & Better Reports We've updated the app to give you clearer billing details and more insightful reports! Smarter Invoices: The "Bill To" details now appear automatically on invoices when they are available. Clearer Appointments: Easily view the billing party directly in the Appointments section. Detailed Reports: The First Visit Report now shows the total count and the attending staff member's name. Smooth Loading: Enjoy a consistent and professional loading experience across the app.

We've focused on stability and user experience improvements in this release! Here's what's new: Key Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements : Fixed a critical issue where the customer profile was not opening when tapped. Resolved an issue where discount logic was failing when a membership card purchase was involved, ensuring accurate invoice editing. Membership Card Discounts are now correctly reflected on the checkout page. Fixed a bug preventing payments using the Membership Card method from being processed. Addressed an issue where users could purchase a membership card without an assigned staff member. Corrected filtering stability issues within the "All Sales" screen. UI & Experience Enhancements: Improved Staff Selection Modal Responsiveness on larger screens (like the iPad), fixing stretching issues for a better management experience. Enhanced the "New Sales" screen with needed padding between the customer name and phone number for clearer readability. The validation message when selecting a percentage discount has been refined for clarity.
