Topics are delivered weekly that develop the mind, body, and skills. Information is delivered in written and video form along with downloadable PDF's. The app is designed to help athletes of all ages and skill levels with many of the techniques translatable to school and life.
Coach Dishman played collegiately at Duke University, professionally in the Atlanta Braves Organization, and has coached or played for over thirty-five years. Coach Dishman has a Masters in Sports Psychology.
