Struggle Well serves as a platform for students to continue their transformative journey. Inside the app, alumni from Struggle Well programs will find ways to connect with each other, track their growth and receive continuing education related to the concepts of posttraumatic growth and the regulation practices they have been introduced to. In using this app, students will find a thriving support network made up of fellow warriors who are continuing to find ways to integrate lessons learned from their training as they move forward down their path of transforming struggle into strength.
