FluidIQ is an application that helps assess volume status using ultrasound in patients of all ages in various critical conditions. FluidIQ is a specialized application for assessing the volemic status and systemic venous congestion in patients from newborns to adults based on ultrasound parameters at the patient's bedside. It helps to standardize the approach to infusion therapy and hemodynamic support by combining several validated ultrasound techniques in one convenient tool. The application integrates the key areas of blood circulation assessment: Responder / Non-responder, including using LVOT VTI in combination with Passive Leg Raising for dynamic assessment of preload and infusion response. VExUS (Venous Excess Ultrasound Score) for the diagnosis of organ venous stasis, taking into account the condition of the inferior vena cava and intravascular Dopplerographic patterns in the liver, portal vein and renal veins. B-lines analysis in pulmonary ultrasonography for monitoring interstitial and alveolar pulmonary edema. FluidIQ offers separate protocols and scales for children and adults, taking into account anatomical and physiological features and differences in interpretation of ultrasound signs in pediatrics. The application's algorithms are based on data from modern literature and clinical research, which makes it a useful tool both in intensive care and intensive care units, as well as in emergency departments and specialized hospitals. The main features of FluidIQ: Rapid structured assessment of volemic status and venous congestion in standardized steps. Automatic calculation of indexes and total scores, taking into account age norms and the selected protocol. Hints on the interpretation of the obtained values and possible tactical decisions regarding infusion therapy (do not replace the clinical decision of the doctor). A user-friendly interface for working with multiple patients, saving and then viewing the research history on the user's device. Confidentiality: all data is stored locally on the device, is not transferred to external servers and remains under the user's control. FluidIQ is designed for intensive care physicians, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, neonatologists, cardiologists, and other specialists who know ultrasound research, and helps to improve the reproducibility of assessments, unify protocols, and support clinical thinking when choosing infusion therapy tactics in patients of different age groups.

In version 2.0, FluidIQ has been significantly expanded and redesigned to be equally useful for both pediatric and adult patients. The app now supports a full age range, from newborns to adults, with separate protocols and scales that take into account anatomical and physiological features and differences in interpretation of ultrasound signs in children and adults. The section with materials and methods has been redesigned, the methodology and interpretation of the data obtained have been described. Special attention is paid to convenience and security: the interface has been redesigned, basic work scenarios have been accelerated, navigation between modules has been improved, and the principle of complete data locality has been preserved — all patient information remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to external servers. FluidIQ is intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals as a supportive reference and calculation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a physician before making any medical decisions.
