Life League is a fantasy league where winning or losing all comes down to you.
Draft real-life activities, face a new opponent every week, and earn points for what you actually do. Same format you already love — drafts, matchups, standings, trash talk — but the season never ends and YOU are the roster.
HOW IT WORKS
The Draft: Choose from a limited pool of activities. Will you load up on Athletics for big points, or spread across Wellness and Social for consistency? Every roster is different.
The Matchup: Face your friends in a new matchup each week. Your gym sessions go head-to-head against their reading streak. Enough home-cooked meals can carry a foodie past a marathon runner.
The Standings: Track wins, losses, and streaks. Climb the leaderboard or face last-place shame from your friends (and the AI commissioner).
SCORING CATEGORIES
Athletics: Running, lifting, swimming, cycling, hiking.
Wellness: Meditation, reading, cooking, hydration.
Social: Time with friends, family dinners, date nights.
Vices: Negative points for doomscrolling, junk food, and liquid calories. Draft them at your own risk.
THE AI COMMISSIONER
Every league gets an AI commissioner that watches the standings and calls out the action. Set the roast intensity from supportive hype-man to ruthless trash-talker. Nobody in last place is safe.
