QUIT MORE THAN ONE THING
Add every addiction you want to quit. Each one keeps its own counter, its own calendar and its own history. Slipping on one doesn't touch the others.
A PLACE THAT GROWS WITH YOU
Your otter lives by a river that fills in over your first 90 days: reeds, a den, fish, and a tree that grows a little every day. The sky follows your clock, from sunrise to a moonlit night. Nothing that has grown is ever taken back.
ONE CHECK-IN A DAY
Say how the day went. Your otter reacts. It takes seconds, and it's what brings you back tomorrow.
A check-in never lowers the bar, even on a bad day — which is exactly why it's safe to answer honestly.
WHEN THE URGE HITS
When an urge hits, open the app, breathe with your otter until it passes, and note what set it off. After a few, they stop taking you by surprise.
SOMETHING TO DO INSTEAD
Twenty-one small games: pop bubbles, follow a rhythm, go fishing with your otter and fill a log of 99 fish. They exist for the ten minutes you have to get through — and none of them can be lost.
MAKE IT YOURS
Check in, go fishing, earn shells. Spend them on your otter: sixteen hats and twelve color sets. Shells are earned in the app, never bought.
TALK TO YOUR OTTER
Tell it what's going on, at 2am if that's when it hits. It knows how many days you've kept, what you logged and what usually sets you off, so you're not explaining yourself from scratch. It's a chat, not a therapist — and it says so when something needs a real person.
SEE WHAT YOU GET BACK
Money not spent. Hours not lost. Every clean day adds to the total, and a slip only ever costs that one day.
YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE
A public feed where people say what's actually happening, filtered by what they're quitting. Add friends by code and send them support. No photos, no follower counts, nothing to compare yourself to.

Loutra is a subscription, with a free trial when one is available to you. It includes everything above: as many addictions as you want, unlimited urge logs, the patterns behind your cravings, every breathing rhythm, talking to your otter, and the Home Screen widgets.
