QuietControl is one screen for the recurring stuff in your life — subscriptions you forget about, how much you actually use them, your sleep, and the free hours you actually have this week.
Free for up to 5 subscriptions. One purchase unlocks the rest. No recurring charges, no account to create, no ads. The irony of a subscription tracker that isn't itself a subscription is the point.
WHAT IT TRACKS
• Subscriptions — 80+ presets across streaming, music, cloud, AI, mobile, and food kits. Multi-currency (USD, EUR, GBP, TRY). Cancellation notice periods built in for German-style contracts.
• What you pay for vs use — each subscription next to how much you used its app this week, and paid apps you use but haven't added yet. Drawn by Apple's private Screen Time report; your usage never leaves Apple's sandbox.
• Sleep & activity — read-only from Apple Health.
• Free time — your calendar scanned for gaps inside your working hours, tallied per week.
• Focus sessions — Pomodoro, 52/17, 90-minute, deep work, or your own duration. Mindful minutes save back to Health.
WHAT IT DOESN'T DO
• No accounts, sign-ups, or passwords.
• No ads, no analytics, no third-party SDKs.
• No streaks, no badges, no shame.
• No data leaves your phone.
• No recurring charges.
PRIVACY
Everything stays local — Core Data, HealthKit, Calendar, Screen Time. The app talks to no servers other than Apple's StoreKit for the one-time purchase. The privacy nutrition label confirms this.
