A new look: your stove, on screen • The home screen is now a picture of your hob. Each burner and the oven shows its timer as a flame ring that burns down • Tap an empty burner to start a timer right there. Three new cuisines in the recipe library: • Classic Spanish: sofrito, romesco, salsa brava, allioli, mojo rojo and pisto manchego • Classic Mexican: salsa roja asada, salsa verde, pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa macha and salsa de guajillo • Classic Eastern: teriyaki, dashi, Sichuan chilli oil, peanut satay, gochujang sauce and sweet and sour Classic French stays free. Italian, Spanish, Mexican and Eastern are now one-time purchases of six recipes each, with no subscription. Use Restore purchases on the recipe list to bring them to a new device.

Alarms you can count on • Timers now ring in the background and on the lock screen, even when Whiskly is closed • A looping alarm with haptics while the app is open, plus "+1 min" to snooze Never lose a timer • Running timers are restored if you close the app or restart your phone • Countdowns are based on the clock, so they stay accurate to the second Faster to use • Swipe right on a timer to add a minute, swipe left to delete it • Tap a timer to pause, restart, add time or change its icon • Refreshed design, with a new look for the header Plus bug fixes and performance improvements.
