Абсолютна измама. Платих 50лв под формата на кредити , за да помоля да ми подновят рецепта и ми отказа, защото не съм качила досието си(никъде не е написано, че трябва, а също така имат ЕГН ми съответно е лесно проверимо). Казаха ми да отида на място?! Аз имам къде да отида на място платих, защото както и написах нямам възможност да посещение на живо. Измама!
Get the job done
Maybe not the prettiest UI, but haven’t had any issues after so many times getting appointments through the app
Immature
Calling the support and hearing on the other side person just saying “Ало”. Like you just called your best friend. Not presenting who’s is on the other line. When asked to present the response is you present you are calling.
Something helpful - when registering you will get sms with activation code and url. The URL is useless. Go check your email where you will get activation URL then enter the code from the sms.
