App on iWatch not allowed outside US

Please enable the app for iWatch in all cases - not only for US residents. I cannot use the app on my watch as I am not living in US!I checked that my iWatch is compatible but I do not see the app as an option to install. There is also no Widget. I read your comment that you need to check all devices in order to allow the option for app installation - yet, it is not clear how you check all devices in US and you cannot check the rest of the world and so there is no option to install and use the app outside US. Honestly, it is not an ease… If the products are allowed for sale worldwide, why don’t all people have the equal right to use the app on the watch?

I'm afraid we cannot provide a timeline for this. Dexcom apps are classified as medical devices and we're required to test all devices used with Dexcom systems. Here's a useful list of devices and apps that are currently compatible with Dexcom products https://www.dexcom.com/compatibility

I gave it a try for 20 days so 2 sensors. The first one started to measure correctly after two days. For the last week i was happy until today when i had to replace the sensor. I followed up all the instructions and started the warmup. An hour later i recieved a message saying "replace sensor". I troubleshooted many times in all the ways Dexcom recommends but still the same. For me this is causing more nerves than using a glucose meter all day. Globally the idea is wonderful and can help a lot of people and improve diabetics life but seriously people? You sell something that you can not even make it work properly!

The only way to make to work is by restarting the device. Then turn off low battery mode. Then start the app and allow to crash it.Start it again and it will work probably work for another 2-4 hours unless you use another Bluetooth device simultaneously. Then you will need rinse and repeat.As another person said they almost never update the app (or at least not to make it working).I use them because free style libre are not available locally.

The application has been crashing for a month now, after repeatedly deleting and installing the phone, the problem continues (after restarting, there is also nochange !) .. When logging in, it crashes on a white screen and does not load anymore, and if I successfully log in, it only shows me dashes without reported values .. extremely incorrect and disgusting application !! FIX IT !!

The application has been crashing for a month now, after repeatedly deleting and installing the phone, the problem continues (after restarting, there is also nochange !) .. When logging in, it crashes on a white screen and does not load anymore, and if I successfully log in, it only shows me dashes without reported values .. extremely incorrect and disgusting application !!
