DSK mToken (мобилен тоукън) е мобилно приложение за потвърждаване на банкови трансакции и заявки в интернет банкирането ДСК Директ за индивидуални клиенти и в мобилното банкиране DSK Smart.
DSK mToken може да се инсталира на едно или повече мобилни устройства и е напълно безплатна.
Основни функции на приложението:
- потвърждаване на преводи в мобилното банкиране DSK Smart и интернет банкирането ДСК Директ;
- потвърждаване на заявки за различни услуги в ДСК Директ - откриване на сметки, издаване и преиздаване на банкови карти, подписване на съгласия за директен дебит, активиране на 3D парола за онлайн плащания при търговци и други.
*Мобилното приложение DSK mToken може да бъде използвано за подписване и без интернет свързаност.
DSK mToken (mobile token) is a mobile application for confirmation of banking transactions and requests ordered via the internet banking DSK Direct for private individuals and the mobile banking DSK Smart.
DSK mToken can be installed on more than one mobile device and it is completely free.
Basic features:
Confirmation of money transfers ordered via the internet banking DSK Direct and the mobile banking DSK Smart;
Confirmation of requests for different services in DSK Direct - accounts opening, issuing and reissuing of bank cards, direct debit, activation of 3D password for online payments with merchants and others.
*DSK mToken mobile app can be used without cellular data or Wi-Fi connection (offline mode).

В случай на проблем с приложението, потребителят може да изпрати лог файлове директно устройството си към сървър в Банка ДСК. Използва се меню Настройки – Изпращане на логове.
In case of problem with the application user can easily send log files to a server at DSK Bank for review by technical support. This action can be done from Settings - Upload logs.
Ratings and Reviews
No support for new iOS version without a notice
The app does not work for 2 weeks already on the new iOS version. The dev team should have had months to work with the beta versions and make it ready, or the bank should have issued a warning for people not to update. Me and I assume many people cannot make any transfers for 2 weeks already because of that and this is a major inconvenience.
Terrible Experience
I am experiencing issues with the app every week. For example, I make an online purchase, the mToken prompts up and then I wait two minutes for it the locate a transaction which it does not find and I am not able to approve the transaction at all. Just terrible, like my whole experience with the bank itself…
No!
you are tragic! weeks you can not update adequately and accordingly I could not manage my money! I had to take a day off to go to a physical office and change my way of confirming! I do not recommend, if it depends on you, do not use this bank! No flexibility and no thought for the customer.
