Improved UI

Thank you for listening to the users.
The new UI is a move in the right direction. I am sure you will iterate on this, but it is definitely better than the other Bulgarian banks at the moment.

Push notifications and UI

Indeed the app is getting better with every release, but for a banking app it lacks push notifications for transactions. Even an option to receive push notifications, instead of text messages would be great. Way better user experience.

Also UI is very simple. I really appreciate the new shortcuts on main screen, but apart from that everywhere default fonts and fonts sizes are being used. It really has a feel of an old poorly maintained app.

All of that brings poor user experience.

Problems with recent updates

I would say that the app UI changed for the worst recently together with the Web Interface. Also, i want to complain about my ability to see only transactions done on mobile channels when looking at archived payments. You should see all and be able to filter them, not just some. The same is valid for the Web Interface but at least there i have the option to switch...
