With the latest update you broke the app, from a smoth-working easy to use app, it turned into a mess, takes a ton of time to load and would occasionally not display my bank accounts.
Application based on concepts from the Communism times
The application is not intuitive, the design is not simple and user friendly and expects a lot of technical maintenance from the customer himself.
1. Some accounts don’t have IBAN - more problem of the bank itself than of the application. In this way the customer enjoys fully to have accounts that are entirely not accessible by him. Only the bank has access - perhaps the bank treats these accounts as its own?
2. In case a new account needs to be added the customer shows browse different “settings” tabs to add the accounts. Obviously the bank is not able to implement some automatic link for this purpose, because they still live in the 1950s. When a bug is available in this function, nobody is able to support - the only instruction is “please go to menu “Settings””. Well, then perhaps the customers should be paid some fees for maintenance - they actually work for DSK?
3. The application is anyway - with all its faults - better option than a physical contact in the Branches. There - if you start measuring how long it takes for a single simple transaction to be performed by employee - you are ending just loosing your time and money.
Apple pay + support issue
Apple pay is very important to have nowadays as not everyone wants to keep they physical card with them.
But also - there has been many cases when during the night when I try to transfer money somewhere or I try to check my balance the app is not working. It just keeps loading and it does not work. This means that there is a technical issue probably with a newer version that gets upgraded during the night. A suggestion - if the app does not respond after the new version is uploaded, get the last responding version.... easy.

Hello, Thanks for the feedback. Every night after 22:30 a night processing begins in the Bank, which lasts until about 04: 00–05: 00 the next day.
