За да използвате пълноценно DSK Smart, е необходимо да го активирате - чрез Интернет банкирането ДСК Директ или чрез кода, предоставен Ви в офис на банката.

- Информация за кредити – остатък, вноска, падежна дата и др.;
- Детайли и информация по банкови карти;
- Плащане на задължения към комунални доставчици;

- Превод от запазени бланки към трети лица, чрез подписване с Тоукън устройство.

With DSK Bank mobile banking application for iPhone and iPad, you can use easily and comfortable bank services, including on the way:
- to access remotely your bank accounts;
- to locate on the map, the closest ATMs and bank's offices;
- to find current information about FX exchange rates and use currency converter

To use full DSK Smart functionalities, you need to activate it – via internet banking DSK Direct or via code received by you in the bank office.

Version 3.9 error message

Since last update to version 3.9 I'm not able to login or even check the demo. Error pop-up message is showing "unable to parse data" no matter what I do.

Push notifications and UI

Indeed the app is getting better with every release, but for a banking app it lacks push notifications for transactions. Even an option to receive push notifications, instead of text messages would be great. Way better user experience.

Also UI is very simple. I really appreciate the new shortcuts on main screen, but apart from that everywhere default fonts and fonts sizes are being used. It really has a feel of an old poorly maintained app.

All of that brings poor user experience.

Nice App... Also quite pointless

Contrary to popular belief, having a Mobile Banking Solution is NOT limited to "Hmm... let me check how much money I have..."!

People use smart devices to do business. Businesses move money. And this App doesn't.
If I need to make a simple payment to a partner I have to use my smartphone's browser because this App is crippled to basic functionalities like transferring funds to a savings account. The vast majority of people "save" money 1-2 times a month - usually after payday - but people like me make several transfers/payments per day.
Why would you not allow me to make a simple transfer???

EDIT: Now I do have a button "New Transfer" but after I sign the transaction it does not get sent to the bank. Also, the menus "Archive" and "Unsent" do not show anything.
