Simple and efficient
The app has a clean design and is easy to use. Creating an account and charging my vehicle was a very straightforward process.
The app needs lots of improvements
Update the app urgently - when a charging session is in progress I don’t see any information about the battery status, charging speed, energy already charged. I only see „Session in progress“ !!!
It’s 2024, guys, come on!
Very unreliable and disappointing
In the recent 2 years, not a single time I have been able to charge at a charging spot without moving between stalls 2-3 times. On AC stations the non-working stalls is higher than the working. I deleted the app and will continue to use all other vendors except eldrive.
