Sofia Plus 4+

The most broken app I’ve seen in years.
First, you cannot register through password management app like 1Password or LastPass, because the field for confirmation password cannot be seen because of the on-screen keyboard, thus you cannot paste the password.
Second, once you write the passwords and hit enter, the app breaks and closes and you don’t know what your pass is, because it’s not the one written.
Third, you hit forgotten pass and go to change it in the profile but the functionality is not working. You enter the new passwords, hit “save” and nothing happens. No error messages, no password changed.

This app is absolutely useless. You can’t add a card to pay your fine if your car has been clamped and have to fall back to using the phone and waiting by your car for a team to come so you can pay your fine and leave. The UI and app are broken in every sense of the way. But then again what should one expect from an app developed on a government order.

I’m quite surprised how functional and practical they’ve made the app, my car got clamped. Called the phone and instantly got picked up on the other side, team arrived in few minutes. I’ve paid and that was it, the app itself is great too as there’s all the needed functionality. Good job on it, shame on my fine though
