Terrible application
1. Allows double charges- when you pay to the driver in the car, your bank card registered in the app can be charged as well.
2. Incorrect address identification by location and wrong location when manually entered address - in both cases driver is arriving at wrong location.
Serious UX rework seems to be needed
I do like the taxi service itself, but the quality of the app is horrible. Now I am waiting in the rain for a taxi to come and I am absolutely late for my appointment. So first, I requested a taxi for “now” and instead showing me “looking for a driver”, it shown me a schedule, which was confusing. I clicked cancel, as it wasn’t a behaviour I expected. Immediately after I clicked “cancel” it found me a driver and then really cancelled the request. There was also no message about blocking me from requesting another cab and for what period of time. I called operator and she requested a cab for me, but that was 20 minutes ago and I have no idea if there is someone to pick me up at all… Have the app worked well, none of these would happen…
Problem with the app
I have an old account on the app that is linked to my phone number and my old email address. Since I don't remember my password I am trying to log into the account. I'm not allowed to create a new account because the phone number is used in the old account, and when I send a request for a link to reset my password I get this message in the app "We've sent a password reset link to (my email)
Remember to check your junk folder.". Then I log into my old email and I don't get any message from the app to change my password, either in the mailbox or in the spam messages. I tried this a couple of times. What do I need to do to use the app?
