Stories Locals now post a photo with a short note from where they are. Each story lives for one month and then disappears for good — a small moon next to it shows how much time it has left. You'll find them at the top of the home screen. Tap one to open it full screen, swipe between them, and tap straight through to the activities and places it mentions. A new kind of profile The page behind a local, a host or a business owner has been rebuilt. Instead of a long list of everything they have ever made, it now shows who they are: the languages they speak, their own words, their live stories, and a short route of places they hand-picked for you — ending at their own favourite spot. Hosts show the houses they run, and everything on the page opens with a single tap.

Landmarks has moved out of the bottom bar and is now opened from the area page and from the activities list. The bar is back to four tabs, so the main sections are easier to reach.
