A common person cannot register and use this application. They have made it too difficult for the average user (probably on purpose). You can have registration only if you have a company or something like that... I called everywhere, what did I try to get registered in FedEx but no.. it couldn't because I have to be a company or I don't have special preferences..
The app is not working

I have a FEDEX package almost every day. None of the tracking numbers are visible on the app. It says “tracking not found”…… Useless app !

Tried calling customer service regarding the delivery of my package. It’s just an automated messages and no wat of speaking to an actual person. God awful.
