I have troubles with this app. Its somehow connected its settings to my screen brightness and when i read at night it flashes my eyes and when i try to put my brightness down it automatically shifts to maximum light again when i open the app. Its so frustrating, I've tried to fix it but it doesn’t work.

I tried everything which I found in the settings of the app but without a result. Every time when I open the app the screen is very dark.When I make screenshot of the screen it’s shown with normal brightness but when I tap on a book to try to read the screen is very dark. This is actually a pretty good app. However, the 15 euro price kills it. I know you are saying it is not a subscription, but in this day and age that means nothing. Anytime you can declare that it moves to a subscription model and my 15 euro will be gone, it happens all the time with a lot of apps. So no, thank you. Trust is broken already between devs and customers.

There are images in FB2. You just need to set light background without any textures on top. Or use "invert illustrations" option in preferences (again, no textures in background, just whole dark color).Everything else is OK, thank you
