As I have already stated in my previous reviews, I am a regular player of the game that I find extremely exciting and amusing! However everything good has some, although low in amount, pretty annoying little things that are most of the time not so „okay“ in my personal opinion. Once someone has not entered the game, the other players are offered the opportunity to Report this particular person. The idea of it is actually an excellent way to notify the person it is under no circumstances sportsmen like and that there will be consequences for such a non-manly behaviour. I believe this should be fixed and the correctly playing competitors must be given a chance to report the above mentioned not entering players more than three times in a twenty-four hours period!!!I would highly appreciate if you reconsider my suggestions!Go on with the cool game, guys!

The game is good, but the reporting system is terrible! Like in a recent match, i was against a strong jungle character that one shotted me every single time and the team decided to report me for passive playing and no teamfight participation. Like I don't understand how the problem is in me in this situation. I wasn't able to do anything about it, because every single time that I tried to join the teamfight I was killed. Then I decided to appeal the report and the client service told me that the problem was in me. Plus the max amount of word to describe the problem is extremely low, therefore I can't properly describe what the problem was. Then i got a 3 point out of my credit score for something that i wasn't able to anything about. Next the ranking. It extremely hard to rank up, especially with bad teammates. I don't know how, but there are so many players that don't understand how the lanes and heroes work on a high rank! For example I am Epic IV and its really hard to progress from then on. And the worst part is that some players on my rank don't even kbow how to play. I am really confused how could players like this progress so high up in the ranking system, and when I report them the MLBB team only sends them a warning! Like its not fair! Please fix your problematic system!

One of the best all around games ever but with the most unfair matchmaking ever. You wanna spend a quality time but if you play alone and you are regular there is a good chance to end in a team with horrible teammates that act as bots. Single match is around 20 mins and it’s feels as you wasting your time trying to have fun and you most likely to end up frustrated then have fun! Their support system become automated and even if you report your bad experience you will get every time same AI response. Developers underestimate the fact there is a older group age that not happy for a good reason. People from 30+ are buying skins and spending a good amount of money for this but at some point you will start regretting it because of the poor matchmaking outcome. It’s like wearing tuxedo at hillbilly pub where everyone act insane. Game is focused on the needs of Asian region where is most popular and ignoring development of the rest servers located in Eastern and Western Europe. Absolute unfair and rigged intentionally looking matchmaking is forcing a regular solo players to get their experience to 45% win rate and this means you most likely will have a bad game experience for more then half of a time. Most likely you will have a fair decent matchmaking for a day two then weeks of insanity that will leave you disappointed. I regret spending every single dime on this game. Even if you start over thinking it might be better at the new profile soon or late it becoming nightmare again! It’s made me leave two profiles full with nice premium quality skins for the last few years because at some point all you will start getting is a bad teams. 100% sure disappointment is guaranteed!

Hello, as a new MLBB player I wish to express my dissatisfaction about the skins that are unavailable, for me at least . I play the game for an year now and I've already bought a lot of heroes and skins with diamonds 💎 that costs a lot of money in my country. Although I wish to buy skins like Bone Flamen War Angel Biomedic, lots of Epic and Zodiac skins too etc. I understand that they were part of an event by the time they were released but for the new players that still want to get them even to pay for them - that's not possible. This is the only thing that really **** in the game ! PLEASE CHANGE THAT AND TAKE MY MONEY ! I really love the game, but if you can put on sale ALL skins for all characters and make this change permanently, it would be just awesome. Sorry if my english is not that good/ wish you nothing but the best and keep up the good work !
