Really good game but you need to pay a lot

I’ve been playing Toca for maybe 6 months now. It’s really good. I just wish that more stuff were free like the mall or more custom characters. I’m really happy about the brand-new furniture pack for free I use it a lot. I understand the game needs to get some profit from the people paying and all, but 3 isn’t even enough for a simple “family” story. 5 free characters would be really nice so some people can finally get more family members or something. It’s also not so much that people will not buy anymore. That’s all. Other than that Toca is such a good game and I love playing it.

I bought the activity house and it says purchase successful then when it’s it is shown in the map and then when you click play with it it says like it show the logo to the shop when you click it it says that is not what I borrowed it four times and it says the same and the same it says purchase successful you can play now and then it says the shop logo I tried and I tried and I tried and nothing I went even to restore my purchases and I got back to new houses that I don’t even bought from nowhere and still the problem is the same when I restored my purchases. I didn’t get any response for the activity house. I bought it again and still the same problem. I let it for one night to stay if you have but I reset my tablet. I did everything and still nothing. Yes my Apple ID everything is connected my card everything everything is connected to the tablet because I bought other things and when I bought it I had it and there was no problem! I played this game for five years and it’s to have a lot a lot of books and yeah, do nothing for them the most important problem here is this is about money and I spent a lot of money for just nothing I purchased it. I purchased it and still nothing I hope I get some kind of explanation and respond to tell me why is this happening or at least giving back my money because two years ago I texted yo cause all of my gift went gone and yall did nothing.

Not restoring my purchases

Hi, so I’ve had to a boca for quite some time and recently I had some problems with the clothes on my characters not loading.(the were just kind of naked) Now i bought everything. I have every single new release and I was very excited for the pet adoption one. Right after I bought the pack I was excited to use it but I remembered that my characters weren’t really working, so I had the bright idea to delete the app and see if that worked. It technically did, but then I went on the site to see how to get my stuff back, after I followed the steps and tried restoring, only a few of my clothing packs came back. Idk why it’s not working but I really don’t want to buy anything again, so if there’s a way for me to get my stuff back ide really appreciate it.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 btw the games really fun even though I’m a little old for it. Please help
