SINCE WHEN IS IT A LEGAL REQUIREMENT FOR YOU TO HAVE A DRIVER’S FOR THIS THING? WELL, MAYBE YOU ASK IT, BUT IF FOR OTHERS SCOOTERS IT’S NOT, IT CANNOT BE FOR THIS ONE AS WELL.
