My card is being removed from the app for the second time. And I can’t add it back. The first time it happened I had to order a new card and therefore I could create a new account for it. Now it happened again - my card disappeared from my account in the app and I cannot add it (it says operation failed when I try to follow the steps to add a card)

After my card expired, I didn’t receive a new one, I wrote couple of e-mails to Edenred support and I received no answer, I ordered a new virtual card, already waiting two months and I still don’t have it…That is the worse customer service I have ever seen….
