Absolutely appalling experience. No consistency in their warranty department. No follow up or information if a product that was sent for warranty reached them or not for an entire month. Then they reject a claim without even considering the product. They send back the product to an entirely different address not even asking if thats alright. Their customer service does not care about the customers and disregards their requests. I have been emailing for days and get not response just the same terrible email from warranty being forwarded. Would never purchase from them again and you shouldn’t as well.

Make it compatible for ipad usage. No option to see last piece items on favorites list. Design so “fancy” that you get lost where to find description, when you do, you need to click couple of times to see it all. Web version is so much better.
