Unable to connect to the camera app

I tried many times to connect to the camera but it is not successful. I get through the following steps: “ready to pair; scan; connecting to router “, but then the camera fails to connect to my phone.The wifi connection in the room is very strong, the camera is brand new and I am really disappointed that such product fails to meet our wants and needs.If you have experienced the same issue please share with us how to act.

I bought the Motorola PIP1610 Hd connect baby monitors for twins. Worst purchase for electronics ever!!! At least one camera is disconnecting per day and you have to pair it again (cameras are in the next room so approximately 5-10 meters max). Also it is impossible to connect them to this App. I have tried everything but it is not possible. No advices in the app or the web nothing is helping. So i will buy something else as this is useless and trow this where it belongs.
