This application is an integral system for charging electric vehicles (EV) in the charge&GO network, and it allows access to European EV chargers networks.
With charge&GO application, you can find on your smartphone the nearest charging stations/charging points for electric vehicles with different chargers’ power.
Upon registration, on our platform and mobile application, you will have your user’s account where you can manage your account data and view your charging history.

In addition to our charging network, users can charge their EVs with their charge&GO account all over Europe through our roaming partners! Our call center team is available for all your questions.

Charge&GO’s service works as prepaid. During sign up, you pay 3,000 RSD registration fee, which will be added to your charging account. Charging events thereafter are billed from your account according to the pricing of the chosen charging point. When your account balance drops under 1,000 RSD, we charge the add up from your credit card to your account. You will automatically receive a receipt for the top-up. Also, there is an choice for charging EV as one-time payment customer - who doesn’t want to have an account at the charge&GO, by choosing unregistered customer option.
In order to use you need to enter a payment card and are immediately charged 25€. Once you charge a second over the deposit it charges you another 25€ without asking. The remaining amount is blocked and not refunded unless you charge again, but then the problem repeats. You cannot remove your card. You can only change it but then it takes another 25€. App does NOT show ANY real time statistics like remaining credit, kwh charged or time, so stopping it before deposit is over is impossible. The worst is that price is per minute and they intentionally cap the station power. 130kw station charged with <90kw while my car showed to be ready for 195kw. Tested 3 stations and it was not a fluke.

This is one of the worst apps (and business) I have ever seen. Most of the time it is not working, you have to restart the app multiple times to eventually be able to find a charger and start charging. And then the real problems begin. The chargers are not able to deliver even half of the advertised power. They charge by minute and in the end you end up paying 100 RSD per kilowatt or more.

the most incorrect electric vehicle charging company. every time it takes 3,000 dinars from the card. Even if I haven't spent it, the next time it's another 3,000 dinars. They refund it if I close my account. In addition, the charging is per minute, not per kilowatt. They deliberately reduce the power of the stations in order to take more money.
