Why do you added politics into the game? Why you removed Russian players flag? What bad they did - born in a country where you don’t approve politics? Why don’t you removed USA flag then? They invaded many many countries last 20 years! So racist to judge people only by the country they born!

THE game is great but It has a lot of bugs!1. Sometimes when playing on bad 3G, after few disconnections/reconnections, you abandon the match and lose points, even If there is still 1:30 min to reconnect..2. Today a player who is losing stalled (stopped making moves) and then left. After the 2 minutes until resigning had passed (2 times) and he didn't come back nohing happend, the game didn't end. I put the app on background and came back later, realizing that the game didn't even count...

Thanks for your review! :) When you lose connection to a game, the amount of time to reconnect depends on the time format, and we recommend playing via Wifi whenever possible since 3G connections can be unstable and insufficient for playing chess. Please write to us at support@chess.com and include a link to the game where your opponent was stalling. Stalling is prohibited and we would be glad to investigate what may have gone wrong in the game. We can also help with connection issues! :)

Game would very often freeze when I make my move. Opponents’ time freezes and it wouldnt continue running without offering a draw. By the time I realize my game is frozen and offer a draw, turns out I am 2 minutes behind on time and my move isnt completed. This only happens on mobile data, it works fine on WiFi, however, I am not experiencing any problems with my 5G whatsoever. Very annoying because if I am winning, I cannot proceed with game if I dont offer a draw, which losing opponents always agree to

The application loses connection very often. I think this is critical for playing for a while. During the start of the game, it shows excellent video quality and after 3 minutes you already see a break in communication and a loss in time. It's terrible and demotivating. I have set one score, as this makes playing through the app impossible. I also didn't find the option to leave a review in the app, so I went directly.

The application loses connection very often. I think this is critical for playing for a while. During the start of the game, it shows excellent video quality and after 3 minutes you already see a break in communication and a loss in time. It's terrible and demotivating. I have set one score, as this makes playing through the app impossible. I also didn't find the option to leave a review in the app, so I went directly.
