Terrible customer service and SCAM practices

I placed an order with a gift card and i payed the difference myself a day or so after that i received an email that my order was cancelled and my funds are not going to be refunded nor the gift card is going to be restored in the email it says to contact them if there was a mistake. And of course i reached out to their customer support so they can elaborate on what happened and how we can fix it, the representative was not reading what i was writing sending me macros the moment i confronted them to elaborate without macros they told me the case will be escalated and that i will be reached out in 1-2 days, the days have passed somehow i have received a refund, i didn’t receive an email with the set time frame - so today i wanted to reach out again via chat to better understand the situation . To my surprise their chat is not working and there is no option for me to get a call as my country is not listed for phone support. An absolute SCAM, legal are going to be in touch with you shortly as you are violating EU regulations.

Really bad service, twice my order was not delivered and I had 2 wait 2 months for nothing due to returns, refunds and what not, opening a live chat with e rep is almost hidden feature on the website, as if they do not want to get reached. Poor service in general and would never order from there again, only reason I did was a gift card I got.
Payment methods, cancelled orders

3 times cancelled orders for different reasons: not authorized, photo of the ID (why not in the registration process, this should be a secured store);second order cancelled for suspicious activity (added my card without saving it); third one was cancelled because they had a problem; and now on the fourth one my account is suspended for suspicious activity. Only the pricess are attractive.
