Terrible just terrible overall experience

I use Uber in Turkey and the service is just terrible and with the lowest possible quality ever. I will start with the cards because you are ordering an Uber but you are getting a taxi!!! Then the fun starts, before arriving the driver always ask you where you going which is a total joke. Almost all of the drivers are working with other apps and they are just taking your order and your are waiting, again absolutely terrible. Then you have the cards they are old, ugly, dusty and unsafe! And for finis you have the drivers that are trying to make more and more money for you so they are not driving on the gps but whatever they want. Overall I don’t recommend Uber in Turkey a total, total flop!
Bad personal data management

App is usable in general but Uber fails hard to comply with your personal data management. The delete your data functionality didn't work both into the app and web. Writing an email doesn't get you there quickly either. Waited 1 week for someone to respond to my request. And another week for another response telling me they will delete my account in 30 days because of their policies. I'm very keen to hear why do you need to hold my data for another 30 days. Not using their service again unless I'm out of other options.
Very disappointing experience in Prague

I’ve been using Uber when traveling abroad for years, but my last experience in Prague was extremely disappointing. I reserved a ride to the airport, and it was cancelled just one minute before the scheduled pickup time. The app said it would find another driver — initially showing 7 minutes — but no one ever came, and the delay kept increasing. We were at serious risk of missing our flight.After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally ordered a Bolt, which arrived within 2 minutes and got us to the airport on time. I expected much better reliability from Uber. Very disappointing experience.
